HCAH, an out-of-hospital care provider, on Tuesday announced the inauguration of its seventh Transition Care Centre (TCC) in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. HCAH offers a comprehensive range of rehabilitation and geriatric services to patients nationwide, prioritizing the provision of affordable healthcare solutions that cater to their needs, it claimed.

Currently, HCAH boasts the largest chain of Transition Care Centres in the country, with over 325 beds spread across multiple cities. Over the next five years, HCAH aims to increase the number of transition beds to 2500 and expand its services through further integration of technology.

With the recent acquisition of Nightingales, HCAH solidified its position as the country’s largest out-of-hospital care provider and established its presence in South Africa, it stated.

“The launch of the TCC marks a new chapter that will greatly benefit patients and their families. The new facility in Navi Mumbai will offer long-term acute care, skilled nursing, and inpatient rehabilitation services to cater to a significant patient population recovering from trauma, accidents, surgeries, and the growing geriatric community. It represents a continued effort to provide superior care and enhance the quality of life for our patients. This acquisition aligns with HCAH’s vision of improving the quality of life for individuals, it added.
