NSDC International and The Adecco Group join forces; aims to boost global job prospects for Indian talent

NSDC International (NSDCI), a wholly owned subsidiary of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and a global workforce solutions company, has collaborated with the Adecco Group. The goal of this partnership is to enhance international mobility for skilled and certified Indian candidates. The framework of this partnership aims to tap into the immense potential of India’s youth, providing them with mutually beneficial opportunities and leveraging the strengths of both organisations, according to an official release.

Recognising the global demand for skilled professionals, the partnership aims to promote the employment of qualified Indian candidates in various countries, including Germany, Spain, Canada and Australia. The key sectors of focus will include Healthcare, IT and Engineering, Logistics and other sectors identified through collaborative efforts. The partnership is designed to establish pathways for skilled Indian candidates to access international employment opportunities through a multifaceted approach, the release mentioned.

In this collaboration, The Adecco Group will actively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, working towards a seamless onboarding process for the candidates. Serving as a pivotal entity, The Adecco Group will define comprehensive job descriptions, specifying candidate eligibility criteria and technical prerequisites. Meanwhile, NSDCI will play a crucial role in facilitating the smooth transition of professionals from India to the destination country. This concerted effort aims to create a frictionless pathway towards international employment opportunities, as per the release.
