Madhya Pradesh Elections 2023: Mohan Yadav to take oath as CM tomorrow along with two deputy CMs

The Chief Minister-designate Mohan Yadav’s swearing-in ceremony is set to take place on Wednesday, December 13, two days after the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) declared him as the CM pick. Yadav will be replacing Shivraj Singh Chouhan, who has ruled the state for four terms.

On Monday, during an interaction with the media, Mohan Yadav confirmed, “The oath ceremony will be held the day after tomorrow, on December 13,” with Deputy Chief Minister-designates Rajendra Shukla and Jagdish Devda set to be sworn in on the same day.

“The party won the love and faith of 8.5 crore people. We are thankful to all of them for choosing me as their leader. The way the BJP is progressing under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, we will continue the caravan of development under his guidance,” Mohan Yadav said, ANI reported.

While emphasising the development achieved under the leadership of former Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Yadav stressed his commitment to serving the people and continuing the developmental initiatives, highlighting the BJP’s dedication to fulfilling promises and progressing under PM Modi’s leadership.

As a representative of the Yadav OBC community, Yadav expressed happiness at being entrusted with significant responsibility by the BJP, affirming his dedication as a party worker. He further said, “I am a soldier of the BJP. It has become the largest party in the world because it takes care of all its workers. I am happy that the party has given this huge responsibility to an ordinary worker like me,” he added.
